Fortunately my gamble of not booking tickets for LoTR : The Two Towers payed off. I managed to get 6 tickets for the 9pm showing at my local cinema with suprisingly no problem, though I did go a couple of hours before.
Well what can I say the film lived up to expectations though since I can’t remember all that much from the book since I was in my teens when I read the LoTR last. I recently got hold of the whole set of novels with the intention of reading them again, however still finishing off the other 4 books I have on the go.

Have not mentioned any games in the past few posts so I thought I would mention GTA Vice City which I borrowed from a mate the other day, I have not had a chance to play the game extensively, though I did try one of the early missions. Vice City is very much like the first game, though stunts can now be performed to earn cash.
One of the new additions is the abilty to ride motorcycles and helicopters. Have not been in a chopper yet, though riding the various bikes around Vice City is very neat, the stunt ramps around the level an extra to the playability of the game. Another little extra is the ability to jump out of moving cars, which is great for causing pile ups or getting away from rivals or the police.

The poor interoperatability of the Nokia 7650 phone has been bugging me for a while, especially since I can’t sync my contacts with my Mac. So I finally went and got a T68i as well, which is currently available for free on T-Mobile when taking on a new or secondline. So far I have just started using it will probably not get toplay extensively till the weekend. I will sell the Nokia 7650 on eBay or take it to cex at some point.
7650 is great if you are a Windows person, but since I’m a Mac user the support is poor. Nokia and Apple promised a conduit months ago for iSync, it now December and still no announcement from either party. Apple even have the 7650 pictured on their Bluetooth/iSync sub-site.
