Well I was hoping that I would be able to get into the exhibit area so that I could at least watch the keynote on the screens, but they actually closed the exhibit area till after the keynote. I guess this means that they are updating the stands and putting up posters etc to coincide with the product announcements. Had to settle with going to the Starbucks around the corner to watch the keynote on my Powerbook. There where many other people doing the same thing in fact started to talk to other attendee who also showed up with the hope of getting in to the exhibit at 9am. In fact the program information that was given to us implied that this would be the case. I guess Apple had the clout to say that the hall could not be open till after the keynote.
So far I have been impressed with the venue and layout of the show, I had seen the Convention Centre on a previous visit to San Francisico however never got the opportunity to go inside. Will be checking out the conference rooms later on in the day since I will be attending some of the user group conferences.
